For over a decade I have built and run the operating layer between executive strategy and engineering execution — transformation offices, delivery organisations, and consulting operations — across product software, iGaming, and banking. Most organisations do not fail on strategy. They fail in the space between the strategy deck and the sprint board: unclear ownership, delivery data nobody trusts, and portfolios that grow faster than capacity. That gap is what I work on. I have set up transformation offices, restructured delivery organisations, and built the reporting and governance that lets leadership steer on evidence instead of anecdote. Process standardisation where it actually pays, flow metrics and instrumentation leadership can trust, a continuous-improvement cadence with real ownership, and the internal capability building that holds the gains after I leave. ### Consulting & delivery operations Build the internal machine that lets a consulting or delivery organisation scale without losing margin. Resource management, utilisation and yield modelling, engagement economics, staffing and forecasting, and the practice structures that keep quality consistent as headcount grows. ### Fractional delivery leadership Interim ownership of a delivery or transformation function during a scale-up, turnaround, or leadership gap.
