About
Strategy is rarely the problem. The gap between it and delivery is.
I am a transformation and delivery consultant based in Kyiv, Ukraine. For over a decade I have built and run the operating layer between executive strategy and engineering execution — transformation offices, delivery organisations, and consulting operations — across product software, iGaming, and banking.
Most organisations do not fail on strategy. They fail in the space between the strategy deck and the sprint board: unclear ownership, delivery data nobody trusts, and portfolios that grow faster than capacity. That gap is what I work on.
I have set up transformation offices, restructured delivery organisations, and built the reporting and governance that lets leadership steer on evidence instead of anecdote. My background is technical — a mathematics and computer science degree, and years close to engineering — so the operating models I design survive contact with the teams that have to run them.
